Bad odor is discomforting and identifies the space as unhygienic, poorly maintained, and poorly ventilated. Besides discomfort, there is a concern about viral transmission, which has become more frequent since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Gyms and their locker rooms face daily challenges with bad odors.
Taking every measure to prevent viral transmissions also signals to users that efforts are being made to provide them with the healthiest environment possible to enhance their performance.

Purifying the air in the Dogs' locker room was something that interested us for some time and for several reasons. Firstly, to show our players that we care about them and that we are professionalizing a space that represents their daily lives. It's also a way to show our desire to put the team in the best conditions. Lastly, reducing the odors released by Ice Hockey equipment was also a significant benefit to further improve the comfort of our locker room. We have been using Teqoya air purifiers since the beginning of the season and are very satisfied with the implementation of this equipment.
Poor air quality in sports facilities is a particular problem because people exercising tend to take in more air with each breath, especially through the mouth, bypassing the filtration system of the nose. Pollutants can penetrate deeper into the lungs than during rest.
I chose a TEQOYA air purifier because I really liked the appearance and style of the device, I find it super stylish! And it's very practical: it doesn't take up space in the suitcase, it's light and you can plug it in anywhere, which allows me to take it with me. Regarding its benefits, I really felt that good air quality allows me to sleep better: this made an impression on me, we feel that the air is pure and that we are better rested.”
