Since we retired -and this must be linked to old age- our sleep is broken up and we wake up very, very early (4 or 5 in the morning), which leaves us washed out all day, especially when we can’t or don’t want to take a nap. Since the ioniser is set up in our bedroom, we’ve noticed that in spite of still waking up early we’re less subject to exhaustion, as if these short nights were more restorative. And because it consumes nothing and makes no noise, we don’t deprive ourselves of leaving it on permanently.
